What's our goal?
We want to strengthen our mental health.
We want to offer an athmosphere to talk in a an environment withour fear.
We want to share our experiences with depression and help each other to find ways out of it.
We want to help to overcome isolation and encourage each other during difficult times.
We want to share information about mental diseases and give support .
We are an open group, everybody is welcome. We meet twice a month and our meetings do not have special themes. Sometimes we invite professional.
