More quality of life through improved physical performance:

Sports and exercise therapy plays an important role in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive bronchitis and emphysema.
The common goal for the different disease patterns is to alleviate or overcome the consequences of the diseases through targeted physical exercise.
The choice of the content of sport and exercise and its intensity must be made in such a way that no respiratory distress attacks occur during the sporting activity. If this is ensured, the patient with obstructive respiratory disease will find enough self-confidence to consciously and joyfully participate in the pulmonary sports group program and learn how hard he can exert himself.

A prerequisite for participation in the program is a clear indication by the treating physician in order to avoid contraindications and to ensure optimal medication. If you would like to see how pulmonary exercise works, just come and see us.

Group meetings

The support group meets every Monday at 1:30 p.m. at KuBuS, Theobald-Renner-Straße 1a.
