Fatigue
Unfortunately, the cause of MS is not yet known and therefore a causal therapy is not possible. However, modern medicine offers possibilities to influence the accompanying symptoms favorably. Neurological dysfunctions cannot be eliminated, but they can be improved and made bearable for the patient. In addition to medical treatment, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, special diets and other measures, including hippotherapy, have proved particularly effective.
Goals and tasks
With our group meetings, we would like to offer all those affected a place to go where they can see and learn to live with and accept MS.
We offer a diverse program. This is determined by the interests, ideas and wishes of our members.
Lectures, talks, visits, book readings, celebrations, a big excursion and actions to educate about the manifestations of MS are part of it.
Through our group work we would like to encourage all MS patients not to give up and to continue to be as active as possible in life.
